Anyone ever use one of these?

There is a lady selling one of these around here. Her husband passed away and she doesn't know what it was used for in his business.
I tried to look it up but can't find a lot of information on it.

Would it be something you could use on wood floors or is it more for VCT and concrete?

I don't do commercial work but maybe I could get into it. I would love it if this would work on wood floors though.

In this video they are using it on painted concrete... lots of that around these days. I don't know anything about it but I think I could use it!

Looks to be electric rather than battery powered.. Limited use..

Floor machine with brush head and vacuum squeegee and waste tank.
Use it anywhere you want to top scrub....VCT...epoxy coated / colored concrete..... Maintenance cleaning natural stone anywhere but would. Not designed not restorative cleaning...,,just light soil removal.

Just an inexpensive scrubber, pick it up if it's 500 or less.
