I don't really track the fuel usage. But on medium I would say it is the same as a Prochem 405.
Man dry times have so many variables. I have the opinion that if you have at least a 47 and run 2.5 hose your dry times are gonna be close across the spectrum of truckmounts. That is at Normal hose runs. But a bigger machine just gives you a bigger margin for error. You can have a little leak and you can run some extra hose and you tend to not notice it. Sometime we go from a tired 47 or a restricted machine to a bigger blower unit and can't believe the difference. I've had a 570 and a 870 at 100ft side by side. Couldn't tell the difference. But you notice when you dual wand for sure. Anyway. Sorry for rant and I didn't really answer your question
