Anyone have field experience with the stryker wand?

my friend uses it daily and loves it. I didn't use it long enough to find out. I didn't like the knob.

I had one for a couple of weeks. It became permanently clogged so I returned it. They said they were going to fix that problem. Don't know if they did.

The good - Cleaning in both directions, good impact, deep cleaning and recovery.

The bad - Clogging issue. The glide causes pile distortion on some carpet. Useless on commercial carpet.

I loved the knob.
