Very informative, almost too much so.

Almost perfect timing for me.

I understand we will get a copy of the "chat" for personal use.

10 hours of schoolin for $197.



If they do it again I would highly recommended it.

I was there, very informative for an inexperienced rug cleaner like me. Explained alot of procedures that will keep me from buying alot of rugs!

It was informative a lot of info to cover in such a short time the single best thing he had was the flow chart which unfortunately isn’t given out to students.
