Anyone here using Welcome Wagon for marketing?

It sounded really great during the meeting with the rep, it sounds too good to be true. I highly doubt this after looking at BBB reviews, which is like Yelp IMO, but too many similar complaints.

I don’t get any business out of them but their monthly report helps me keep my customer list up to date
