Anyone just offer water, mold, and fire restoration?

Anyone have a restoration only business? i.e. the only cleaning services you offer are part of the restoration project?

We are 85% restoration.

The other 15%, carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, area rugs, upholstery cleaning.

Usually if they are restoration only, they offer recon and are heavier on the construction side

Otherwise they fall on the cleaning side and use cleaning services to fill the void and keep payroll flowing

We are 100% restoration. Of that about 20% is construction and much of that is subbed out. No carpet cleaning or duct cleaning. Most of our extraction work is also subbed out.
