I love the blue stem grass country - would so love to ranch in that part of the country. We used to run cattle up there. I had a friend that ran the cafe in Cassidy \ Chase Co. Lot’s of good memories from my time spent there.
We haven’t been able to do any controlled burns down here in years and you sure can tell. It’s only May, but our pastures look like it’s late July. We had to ship yesterday because the wheat has played out. PRAY FOR RAIN!

Its green and growing like crazy now. Just enough rain and sunshine to take off in the last few weeks. Cutting around the house twice a week, it will slow down as it gets hotter and drier.
