Do you flash a smile to your customers at every opportunity?

Are you smiling when they aren't looking?

I certainly need to be better about it.

I could do better. ( Shut up)
Simply offering outstanding service isn’t enough.

That's one thing customers have remarked about. I always seem to be smiling. I mean, why not? I've got their money in my pocket.

I strive to make the cleaning experience a pleasurable and memorable one so that they will want to repeat it often.
I entertain them in a variety of ways, which leaves a smile on their face.

I'm doing what iI love and making a great living at it-- and this makes me smile.

How would the customer know if you are wearing a mask?

Are your techs all masked up?

If I don't wear my hikers I bend over and smile a crack.

My son worked for Disneyworld while he was in college. He knows how to smile and make the customers feel like they are having a "magical" experience.
me on the other hand.... I just think about going home and it makes me smile.
