I didn't know about this site until recently. I had a cleaner point me to it. If your not listed I suggest you get in there ASAP. Here are a few jobs that just came up today. The site covers the whole US. It has a free service and a pay service. My customer has done pretty well at picking up cleaning jobs from the site as the school districts use the site's for bids.

If it's government contracts you're after you'll need to register at:
ccr.gov
orca.gov
& fbo.gov

You'll also need a Dunns #. These are just for federal contracts.... States have thier own systems.

Yes thats how I got turned on to it. You can sign up free and check what is up for bid in your area. Bidsync is free and Bidlync you pay for. I am assuming the folks that run it through bidlync are doing so to keep the rif raf with free accounts from clogging things up with silly bids.
