Actually I didn't get to finish my post my wife distracted me. I'm curious how many carpet cleaners have carpet that dirty in their home.

I could never live like that... Especially with having carpet cleaning knowledge and access to tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment.

Now when a new customer says wow you did a great job compared to the last cleaner they might be right. As hard as I try to out clean other cleaners some customers will never call me again. That's just human nature. I guess it was me as a person or something I did or didn,t do as my personality .I try to maintain the same structure with all jobs so that the homeowner is in charge and I.m there listening because I,m just there to take the dirt out. Oh yea this is my 35 yr of carpet cleaning and really enjoy cleaning carpets and meeting people so we are lucky if you enjoy what you do and it,s not just a job. jz.

Living on a lake with 2 big dogs and a teenage boy (and me), I try to not have my crews clean more then once every couple of months...

It has been several years since I have cleaned my own carpet.

I have to confess-- my bedroom area rug hasnt been vacuumed in over a month nor cleaned in 3 years!
My livingroom rug is trashed and hasnt been cleaned in over a year!!
By the time I get finished cleaning my custies carpets n rugs all week im too pooped to do my own. Ive scheduled time to do my own carpets in the pasted but I would get side tracked by a VIP who wanted an emergency cleaning or a tech would need help because a job became bigger then expected Or the TM broke down.

My carpet needs cleaning right now. Not bad but I track mud on my shoes in our bed room and the living has drink spills from the girls that need flushed out. The rest looks good but since I'll have the truck there I'll hit the traffic areas everywhere. Last time I did all the upholstery but I think it looks fine this time but I may clean the upholstery in the wife's car.

They do dog rescue for some large breed. At the time they had 6 dogs in the house. and they porpously waited like 5 months total to clean his carpets for this challenge.

we just pulled the living room and hallway carpet in our new home to find beautiful wood floors. still pulling the million frikkin staples. going to start pulling kitchen carpet soon, not cleaning that nasty stuff.
the home i was renting i cleaned a couple times a year.

Kitchen carpet..... That is worse than bathroom carpet. Although both should be against the law of the land.

I don't have a stitch in my home.

All tile, with the exception of one room which has laminate.

No area rugs.

My wife and I have an agreement. The first 25 years we had pets. I told after the last one dies - no more.
