A release of liability says "I a not a professional" in my opinion. Please don;t portray that to your clients.

Try calling Talisman in Santa Cruz. Years ago in one of the MF we took a tour there. They had a small card that their customers sign stating all kinds of issues that they would not be liable for. I'd bet they would mail you one if you ask.
