I had a WD job where a ceiling came partially down. It had blown in insulation up above the drywall. The homeowners said the house was constucted in 1969. Does anyone know if this would be a possible asestos material?

Yes it can. Any home built before 1986 that needs demo we have tested.

You should have at least 1 company in your town or nearby that will do mold and asbestos tests, typically the homeowner will pay for the testings as well, it can be expensive, but it's well worth it.
