How many of you are getting major electrolysis damage on your back doors?

I was quoted $120 0r so for two door panels and vinyl trim.
Hardware can be reused.

Decals will be the costly part.

My side door looks like it has acne on the lower panel at the floor. Mine was caused by overflowing the watertank every morning at Venturi probably.

Ron I like the upgraded semi trailer door locks. Better than my RV style anybody can break in locks.

I've seen it on a few V's.


Its the aluminum front panel reacting to the Stainless front panel so I'm told.

My box is straight except for the side roll up. Its got some blisters on the lowest panel.

I have it on my right rear door. Right at the bottom.

I'm calling Jim today for a solution.

I have the rash too. Under the vinyl wrap, on the back doors. I thought it was from the salt.
