Congratulations. It is a great business to be in and today more than ever. However, one of my mentors in this industry told me many years ago, "Most partnerships are like marriage without sex. Carpet cleaning is a tough job. And to make this as a business is a sure hit most specially to places where people uses carpets as an ornament or a home decoration. By the way, good thing that you've decided to be back on the business. And great thing that you have a business partner. Pretty sure you can be able to cope up with your loses and win back the business to a sure boom. Congratulations!!!

I don't know about none of the benefits. One person usually gets screwed, its just not as pleasurable.

Ronnie, The one doing the screwwing might be enjoying it, but many of us who have been screwwed fail to admit one way or the other!!!
Great artical steve. I think most partnerships dont work, tried it years ago. It takes 2 special people to click. alot of people go into it based on emotion and after the daily grind sets in thats the true test. if ure going to do it make sure all the legal stuff ,job title, profit share, ect,... are on paper.
