I have 2 bldg's that ask me to clean balconies. They don't want power washing because of over spray. I use an old ninja with a 1200 psi pump and gekko tool. $150 per balcony, take about 1/2 hour

Nice clean.....high pressure porty is a life saver some times especially for this kind of work. A little strong acidic grout brightener and agitation would remove those light rust stains.

You gotta try some of that magic powder I showed you last week Ron. It kicks ass on balconies.

It's a vinyl deck, I am a little leary of trying acid on it but will keep it in mind for the next one.

Sometimes it isn't about total restoration, just maximum improvement. I think it looks splendid, small stains notwithstanding. What did your customer say?
