How much I save is important. Spending to impress board personalites is just plan silly.

At the end it won't matter a hoot to my clients or prospects if I put my equipment into a newer box with four wheels.

Cleaning equipment is pump, heat and vacuum. It's not that complicated or does it take 100k to do a great job.

My clients are very happy with my service. That is all that really matters.

I did had a local cleaner watch me clean a very trashed rental today and he was impressed to see an electric in action.
