And now after 4 hours of sleep....heading out for full day of cleaning and Webinar tonight

This place does not have their carpets done often enough really, but one of the managers told me they tried another cleaner from another town...I could kind of tell because there was some delamination coming out of the kitchen....

Cleaner was a friend of one of the managers that was there for a little bit apparently....

Guy came in with beat up equipment....took over 5 hours to clean (1.5 hours for us with 2 vans and Zippers)

I was told, he wasn't worth any money they paid him...as they didn't see any difference....

And areas like this is really where that Zipper SS Super Spinner Shine!

Does anyone know the dry times between a super spinner and a normal zipper? Actually, just tell me the dry times of both. Assume it's trashed rental and you're using the recommended pressure on trashed carpet.

What is the recommended psi for the spinner vs regular zipper? I have a large church coming up in a few months and would like to have a zipper ready just not sure which one.

With the new jetting which is smaller and a little bit different lid design some of the guys with the newer ones are getting really great Dry times.

I still have an old version lid that was modified and it needs the newer one to lower it to get a little better suction yet. But it might leave it a little bit damper then a regular zipper because of the deeper cleaning you are probably doing with it.

My regular zipper gets incredible Dry times. when done cleaning I can pound toilet paper on the carpet and not get the toilet paper wet most times with a regular zipper.

I have seen an area in a church dry within 30 minutes using a 12 flow zipper hooked up to my butler high heat truckmount.

Once I get the new or updated lid for the super spinner I will be really curious to see how the dry times are in comparison myself

For a regular zipper I usually run about 500 PSI. For the super spinner I am running around 900 PSI at the van.

The super spinner is really made for super trashed carpet all the time I would say. Unless you were doing really trashed out restaurant work a regular zipper Works fantastic too and might work excellent especially for the church job you are describing.

With a zipper you can easily do over 1000 square feet to 2,000 square feet per hour and maybe even more.

I love these zippers on big open areas too
