Cameron has mentioned before whenever using stripper to warn client baseboards will get messed up...if you warn them up front and show them...u actually get paid when the job is over;)

Yes and you should but it does not eliminate the possibility of damage completely

I've sold a pre visit to to apply silicon in the gap once or twice..

Many more have done it themselves with my guidance

So how about including baseboard refinishing in your total package?
That just makes a great job look like crap.

Baseboards shouldn't be waxed ever. I know how tuff is to be cleaned after 10+ years... some people doesn't know what are they doing...
