biggest pro for me is "credibility" assumed by people when they see the logo
every now and then someone will check me on BBB

other than that, not much

Looks good for the older folks lol. They are usually the ones that use it. I have picked up a few jobs from it. Also give you some organic Google listings

Kinda like association dues, I cringe every year I sign the $650 check. Stopped paying associations a few years ago but so far havn't pulled the plus on the BBB.

The BBB has been replaced by client reviews.

No one did a BBB check on my company last year (except for Me a few times)

I have an A+ rating and I don't pay them a dime and see zero benefit in paying them over $500 a year for whatever they are doing.
