bearings? in belt tensioner pulley making noise

my cleanco has a Fenner T-max belt tensioner. The pulley mounted to it seems to be the source of bearing type noise. ( Used stethoscope to isolate hopefully)
Anyways, the bearings on both sides of this dual pulley have
"NSK 6203 du" on them.

Anyone have experience on replacing these or getting them replaced?
Any do's or don't I should be aware of.

Thanks

Look for a local bearing shop in your smart phone and they should be able to match it up for you.

That's a good point ask for Japanese or equivalent quality bearings.
