best commercial tools

hi,,,ok,,,domestic just ticking along but im starting to get some nice commercial contracts,,,large jobs which with my prochem portable and 175 just aint hitting the spot,,,ok i have a tm,but im talking 5 floor carpet tiles and stradford carpets,my question whats the best to tackle these jobs,,cimex any good,upgrading all machinery so any advice id be greatful,,thanks

prochem chems all the way,,,no real problem with the chems ,just looking for more efficent machinery really,
