You also have headquarters of Master Blend Products right there in your town. They produce some exceptionally quality products as well as host alot of local educational classes and resources.

They have yet to have a 2" wand on their wall.
markup on some products is well over what is reasonable. When I started ordering stuff from the US a hydroforce was 139US or 450CDN. A cleaner in the US can be charging 20-30% less than I am and probably still make more profit.

My disty is also behind the times. They tell guys kunkles and glides don't work and 2.5 hose is too bulky to work with. Not to mention 12 hg is best as airflow is what removes water. I try to support them as much as possible.
