My suggestion to you would be to purchase your products locally. Build a local relationship whenever possible. It will serve you well in the future.

nothing against the on-line vendors here, but if you can find the same product locally, why WOULDN'T you buy local and support YOUR local economy?
(ASSuming your local supplier is reputable)

I'm Sure John would do a great job, however you have a Adco which is a local cleaning supply that is home based right in Denver. You also have headquarters of Master Blend Products right there in your town. They produce some exceptionally quality products as well as host alot of local educational classes and resources.

You might check these fellas out. Adco is top notch and carry all of the masterblend products as well as quite a few other mainstream products as well.

Not that it matters, but Adco and Masterblend has the same owner. Larry Hawk.

Price and product availability; ie the supplier isn't keeping up with the tweaks in the industry tools and chemistry

gotcha..then you're saying you can't find the same product locally.

I can dig that
Otherwise, it's foolish IMO, NOT to support your local economy

When Maxim Carpet Protector came out, they had no idea what I was talking about. ANd they deal with BP!
They have yet to have a 2" wand on their wall.
markup on some products is well over what is reasonable. When I started ordering stuff from the US a hydroforce was 139US or 450CDN. A cleaner in the US can be charging 20-30% less than I am and probably still make more profit.

My disty is also behind the times. They tell guys kunkles and glides don't work and 2.5 hose is too bulky to work with. Not to mention 12 hg is best as airflow is what removes water. I try to support them as much as possible.
