Best tile&grout sealer on the market?

Was cleaning in brand new subdivision today(actually doing a stain removal) and the model home agent saw my van and decided to give me a call to ask if I sealed tile&grout. They don’t have a go-to company to seal floors and wanted offer potential buyers an upgrade by sealing their floors...my question is what product would you use to fulfill their request and know your using a great product?

All the reviews say "easy to clean up" , can I assume that over spray needs to be buffed off the tile?

he asked for "The Best", not the Easiest to use, fidiot.


The Best sealers smell horrible and are a pita to use.


The Gunerluch stuff is intriguing.

I have done several demos and know there are several excellent products but never had one do a better job or last longer than Hydro-Force Premium Stone & Grout Sealer.

Stonepros has good sealer, but it’s not cheap.

I prefer to just run a quick flat mop over it only takes a sec.. it really is the best stuff I have ever used. The only other sealer we use is color enhancing dupont for slate jobs etc
