How often are you guys having to bid against other restoration contractors in order to secure the claim/work ?

For Water maybe 30% for Fire 80%??

Water we usual get the call and they need it done asap. For Fire I've seen it take as long as several weeks to get an answer back.

When bidding it's not always about price, we often win bids despite upping the scope of the job. In fact that is why we win those. The competitor missed wet walls, trapped moisture that we picked up with a thermal.
