For a turn cleaning. Aug 1st to 15th? Current carper cleaner accidentally shot and killed himself. I don't have time to do this property 5 hours away. I'm already doing 4 properties. Please call me

That is a college dorm style apartment cleaning. Caters to students. Aug 1-15 is a typical down time for those style cleanings. All the kids are gone so they paint clean and re lease them.
Any cleaner big enough to handle it would already be knee deep in work those two weeks anyway. Gonna be hard to find someone decent.

1 property has 423 front doors, a total of 1301 bedrooms
Prop #2 446 front doors and 1323 bedrooms.
All private owned student housing apartments.
