15,500 sqft of single level commercial.
Hasn’t been cleaned in 8 years, carpet is 25 years old. 120 employees, and yes, they allow dogs…
425’ of hose, 350’ of 2.5, 75’ of 2”…
Oh boy…
And yes, I tried like heck to sell the virtues of VLM. They insisted on HWE.

I figured 6 cents a sqft would be about right.
And yes, I’m a VERY lazy person, that’s why I work 6-7 days a week.
Yeah, my TM is a POS, and can’t usually make it through the first job on any given day.
Yeah, ya know Marty, you’re right, VLM doesn’t work, I should just sell my equipment, and give up all the high rise buildings we do.
I should just stop CC’ing all together, and sit in my recliner, and slag on other guys who are doing it…

I’ve been buying one or 2 a year since I started.

Nobody said anything about it not “working”.

I think you are supposed to put the vacuum hose into the house/building. Just a thought.....

We had a section to do first. Last time I waited until the end to take care of it. I dreaded it, city council chambers . It is separate from the major SQFT. (sidewalk to the right).

They insist on VLM


500 sf for $1000, as it's 1:45 minutes away....

Every other visit they pay $350 to clean 10 vinyl chairs
