customer had their parking lot seal coated.....annual deal i assume! so customers walked thru wet seal cote and into diner......yes it was flagged off...although you know the public....uh hummm.....any way it is CGD and i clean it every 4 months...but this time it is loaded with seal cote foot prints.....ive only seen trailing in homes from this stuff.....I am wondering if there is a miracle?? to help with this....i use a truck mount and a wand......

Massage some OJ solvent in on top of your prespray with a rotary and a fresh red pad and extract....should come up pretty easy.

I have used your POG and have no doubt it would be effective, but why specifiably would you recommend a POG over a citrus based solvent?

all i have is a old Mercury 19" with the old bristle block pad holder.....and i do have a red pad......will that get me in the ballpark?

I think you might have to address each foot print individually unfortunately,
Sometimes, the product you are using can dry a bit quicker and not able to remove all the oil, Tar material

Frank, I have made a crusade of telling customers to get good walk-off mats. For a few, I've even delivered mats I happened to find on sale.

POG is faster acting . . .
POG has several solvents to act on wider variety of stains . . .
POG is less expensive ( about 60% ) . . .
i used Steam Genie 1300 and it all came out
