Do blower weep hole fitting ma-jiggy's go bad?

The ones on my 59 ooz out non stop when cleaning. Greased last nite and a handful was pushed out after running 5 hrs today.

I think I answered you on ICS.

Anyway; the "weep holes" are designed to let excess grease out of the bearing cavity so as to not overfill it with grease which can cause the bearings to overheat and fail.

Over-greasing the blower can also cause the bearing grease caps to pop off (on Roots blowers anyway).

So what you are seeing is normal, you just may need to back off of the grease. But I am glad to know that you are conscientious in maintaining your equipment! :D
