Anyone ever had this done aftermarket?

If so, who'd you get to do it?
What kind of door (barn door, rollup, etc)
How much did it cost you?

I went to a aluminum fabricator (boat builder) to have mine made. Piano hinge is pretty strong. My last box I bought I had one put in at the factory and it is a little more heavyduty. It was about 500 for the ones I had done.

There is an aluminum trailer repair shop here.. I bet they could handle it pretty well. I've thought about a rollup door, but my guess is, that'll be quite a bit more expensive

That's pretty cool, Ron. Do you have your heater/exhaust coming out of the vent on the side?

Nope, that's a fan to exhaust the internal box heat. The LG exhausts inside the truck, and there is the heat from the TM, so I have one fan on the other side beside the TM drawing cold air in and across the engine and that one exhausting air out. Keeps the box from over heating and allows me to close the doors and secure the box.
