Brown Berber carpet help

Need some advice please
Have some brown berber carpet that has gotten some TEC Premium self leveling underlayment/surface preparation 323 on it.
Is there a easy way or anyway of removing this?

If fresh, warm water and soap.

If already set, may be a bear.

I did some self leveling in my basement. After it set up it seemed rock hard but a few drop of water made it like it was when we mixed it. You may be able to just rinse it out. Get it wet and find out.

If it's set

Bust it up wit a hammer dude.

If not dry vac like mad then agitate n rinse well.
