our two year old 19" model died last week.

The "fuse/breaker" could not be reset.

They sent us a new one and 10 jobs later it dies again..

the guys opened it up to find this loose ground wire dangling around..

Can you help me confirm where it belongs?

The dotted line/far right connector is for a newer unit and not present on ours.

How many hours did you work on your Brush Pro?
You make more money cleaning stuff.
We would have fixed it in 15 minutes and charged you have an hour.

Now how long is it going to take me to put it in a box? and take it to UPS or arrange for shipping?

just at a glance..here is what I am seeing .....L..which is black..comes to the block..comes out of the block black and passes through the switch and fuse..( so far so good )..goes back to the block and feeds the white wire ( neutral ) to the motor (?)...so that means that the green wire ( ground )that is jumped off of it.. (A1) is now caring power.....

the neutral wire come in..(N).. to the block and comes out blue..but then it feeds the black wire on the motor ..but yet A2 which goes to the control is white which indicates neutral....(?)

so I have either not had enough coffee and my brain is not in gear yet...or Apparently it is not home grown here....and to be honest with out digging out and dusting off my old books..I am not sure what region or country wired this thing......because the colors are not matching up and if it was wired here someone needs to be fired....

so where did you put that green wire..........???????

I am not saying that this is wrong...I am sure that they are all wired this way....so I question where you put the ground...
