Busiest phone days

Ours went from Monday to Tuesday recently...

Monday through Sunday High to Low for us, with an occassional quirky week that may make Tuesday slightly higher than Monday.

this time of year anytime the sunshines. The minute it hits 40 degrees the phone goes crazy. Pretty steady from mid april til jan 1

Friday mornings until about noon it's usually ringing of the hook for last minute weekend work.

Tuesday is my busiest day too. My theory is that people talk about it over the weekend and intend to call monday, but by the end of the day they have put it off and procrastinated but make a good effort to make the call tuesday to be sure they can get in by the end of the week.

Saturdays for me! I have to get up at 7 am to work the phones... My second busiest day is Tuesday evenings from 5 pm -7pm Most cleaners here dont answer phones in evening and weekends.. except me
