Had this on my butler last week. That's what butler called it red light no start. They tell me to look it up on their sight to trouble shoot.i Google it and find marks videos on it here. It was 3rd or 4th below Rob's videos.
Anyway I spend about an hour trouble shooting to no avail. A few more calls and a few more tries like changing the switch to another to check it too.
I'm told it can only be 3 things but none if them worked so I pack back up to head home. Fire it up and put it in gear...oh wait it won't go into drive and the gear selector is sloppy!
I crawl back underneath and my selector cable has fallen off. Now it keeps falling off Every time I drive it. Tonight it's raining and we took it to the store and gassed it up. Had to crawl under it 3 times in the rain.
I broke the overhead light a couple weeks ago and see I have a headlight out now. Guess I've got some work to do.
If anyone gets a red light no start on their butler check the transmission cable first.
