California Govt makes Vortex a pain to own after 2014.

For info on regulations goto www.arb.cagov/dieseltruck. These regulations concern all trucks w GVWR greater then 14.000 lbs. My Vortex weighs less then 14,000 lbs but since it is capable of safely weighing over 14,000 lbs-- Im still effected.

I should sell the thing but I just put in a new blower, blower silencer, oil pump, heatEx#3, And I Love my Vortex. It has been the most reliable TM ever. However it is a pain to park or operate in San Francisco. ie City regulations.

Im required to make expensive and cost prohibitive improvements if I want to operate my Vortex in California after Jan.,1-2014. Not sure what I'm going to do.

What are you other V operators in California going to do?

Make enough money in 2011, 2012, and 2013 to buy something better.

Then slap on a new coat of paint and sell that thing to some chicken/pig farmer in alabama/mississippi.

I believe that lots of these laws being passed are designed purely to destroy our economy. There are tons of people in this country that are anti-capitalism and want the economy to collapse so their "wonderful" socialistic, DREAM WORLD can begin. Everything will be "fair" then, we just won't be able to produce enough food to feed all the folks that are so busy being happy that everything is "fair" & equitable.
