Are you doing Google Ads? That's a common issue people have with them when they don't set up negative keywords correctly and are doing phrase match types.

We did it on purpose when we first started this new business. Keywords: Stanley Steemer, Zerorez etc.
50/50 chance when they called we could sell them on using us instead of them.
Still have some great accounts we won that way, but no longer try that method.
Like Hoody said, we "negative keyword and phrase match" now.
