I think the term "cherubic" sums Richard's face up very nicely, Jeremy. (Richard may seem to spend waaaaaay too much time here BUT he and his brother Dan run a superb operation. So I'm guessing Richard is just a great multi-tasker.)

PPS Seriously folks, if you are a SFS member, try to tear your eyes away from Richard's profile and focus on the procedures we have included.
