Can I inject DD-12 or Quat a Lot??

It looks like on carpet Quat needs to be rinsed but not DD-12?

So is the DD-12 safe to inject without rinsing or just stick with Odorcide?

How bout just injecting a basic deodorizer?

I want to inject some very light, non existent smelling pee spots couple days before and then "Scampoo" the place. Customer just has it in her head that there is a smell.

Send out the oxifresh guy I hear he can remove any odor.

Man do I hate the phycological smells that some customers have. Insist of a smell when no smell is present. :x

I have been using the DD-12 on the dander type odors as well as urine with good sucess. (no call backs yet). I usually mix 4 oz. of DD12 into a hydraforce (with no metering tip) and if its real nasty boost it with an ounce of quat. Just saturate the spots give as much dwell time as possible before water clawing it. From what I understand you should extract/rinse the quat while the dd-12 can be left to do its work.
