Squeaky Clean was used on the floor and removed the finish in a bunch of areas. They are hoping to not sand it. Can this be stripped? If so what would be the best product?

It looks like a coating to me maybe aluminum oxide. I wouldn't touch it.

There is a company here that can strip and recoat that whole floor in a day and it's dustless.

I couldn't come close to them on that floor without any knowledge or experience.

try a VCT stripper on one plank, out of sight.

See how much effort it takes.

Will they pay you to mask EVERYTHING on top of the cost of the stripping?

Do you have a helper?

Who's going to move all that furniture out of the way?

You need to know what is on it already first

you dont want to remove the finish and take the stain as well

read the sds of product that was used it will give some pointers as to what the finish is ie incompatibility

Since you already use the Basic Squeaky, have you seen the Dissolver stripper that company makes? And did someone clean that couch and not groom the lines out or is that the design of the fabric?

I think the guys that put the topical coat on had them using Squeaky to clean. I don't think many homeowners would know about that stuff. I would walk on this job!
