Well... I just a few minutes ago let our young guy go.
He has pushed the limits to much of not being reliable to show up for work... Leaving Aron stranded on some big jobs...
Recently borrowed my enclosed trailer to move and claims someone else using my trailer (that he let use without permission) jack knifed the rig and put holes in the front on both sides...
Aron had to redo a bunch of his work from last week....and a number of other situations we could no longer deal with.
He is putting himself in a situation to continue a hard knock life.
We have written him up as well as verbal warnings (way too many)...
We do have a replacement we tried out in December that I have known his family for a very long time while I was racing. The family was part of the Polaris dealership I raced out of.
21, married, small child and has been working a way more difficult job clearing brush with a chain saw in pretty bad conditions... And getting ripped off on hours
We are hopeful... Again...

Parents will tell their children stories of the Google man to scare them of the internet. Tell them how the Google man is everywhere, under the bed in the closet and in their head so they need to always beware of their thoyghts.
