carpet cleaner needed in new york area

My mother in law lives in whitestone. She has a 3 bedroom co op. The carpet is dirty and has some urine issues from her husband who is now in a rest home. I need a carpet cleaner that has a black light, RX20 ,Judson 02,maybe some quat. My wife will be back there on thursday ,friday and saturday.I would like to get this done on one of those days.
