Hi everyone-

I have not been on the board for awhile because things have been a little busy, however I am looking for some advise on Carpet Cleaning Software that is geared towards marketing campaigns.
I like Service Magic ( www.principalfocus.com ), but they only use Internet Explorer and I have a Mac and would need to buy a newer laptop with VM ware that supports this.

What do you use and what are the best features you like about it......the cost would also be nice??

Best,

I just ordered Wayne Miller's stuff. I'm nearly all in on commercial, but I know the Mrs. Piffleton's of the world are in need of the exceptional quality and service I provide. The esteemed Mr. Miller's products will indeed project that image to prospective customers.

Steve Smith from Vac-away has a free Cha-Ching software package.. click on his banner up top, it brings you to his site. Worth a look, there are a few guys on MB that have it and have mentioned they really like it.

Don't knock it till you try it. Made my life alot easier. Customers love this stuff. Only cost $1.30 or something to send a card. The way I see it, it would be your loss. You got a free gift. send it to yourself and see if you like it.

"Don't knock it till you've tried it and I've tried it my friend, Ill never" do business with bridgepoint direct again! -Toby Keith (kind of) hate country music though

This isn't even with bridgepoint. Customer service ain't as important to some. I have call backs to thank me for the thank you card. You must pass out thank you flyers.

I would consider Service Ceo if your looking at principal focus. Depending upon your size and 3 of crew, Principal focus could cost you much more that service ceo after as little as a few months to a year. Service Ceo cost an extra 1k per user but you can have unlimited routes.

Were in the process of setting up Service Ceo right now, I don't have much experience with it yet but it's definitely a robust piece of software.
