Cat 3 question??

Just had a loss in which pipe broke in a attic. Affected entire house. Had older blown in insulation everywhere mixed in with water. Would you bill this cat 3 prices or not? Cat 3 extraction after hours for this is 1.85 sqft. Thanks

Probably not. We usually define it with fecal matter/contamination. We would probably bill cat 2
