Where to find wet carpet hose signs or do you make your own signs?

nice cause they collapse and slip in the tube
(can be easily stashed anywhere without taking up much space)

you mean the Caution! Damp Carpet May Be Slippery! signs? We used to buy them from a distributor but now have them made at a local printing shop.
