Had a small job for an old client today. 100 run everything set up, pre spray down. Start truck, engage drive and nothing.

Tried several times with only a burning belt smell.

I hope it's not a blower problem.

i dont get how you guys get stuck blowers. spray a little wd at the end of the day. always let the machine idle before turning it off so the lobes can properly dry.

Haven't lubed a blower in 25+ years. Just leave it dry at the end of the day and you're good to go.

One thing that will do it is if you are getting too much foam in the tank. it will suck thru and coat the blower. Builds up to the point it gets tight, then eventually won't turn.
i had a small hole in the waste tank that was letting a small air stream in under vac pull which was causing a bubble bath effect creating more foam than there should be when the water level was higher than the air leak.
