No that just lead up into an loft area.

No hand rail, relatively new construction from the wall switch and the door at the bottom of the stairs. These can't be up to code... Is the house out of the city?

The older homes in Boise have crazy stairs. These lead up to a loft area that I can't stand up in..... And I'm 5-4.

At least they are not capped stairs. I hate cleaning capped.
