Chem pump

When you prime it the hot water shoots straight out the prime hose. Never had that happen. Figured it must be a stuck valve. Opened the thing up and here's what I found.
Not sure why this thing won't let me upload but I had a 1/4" hole in my diaphragm. Should have flowed like crazy even when not in use but didn't.

Got it finally. Had that happen before with just a small pin hole and it flowed like crazy. This one never showed that sign. It worked right up until the last job and then died. Maybe it all let go at once, it still should have flowed when not in use. Easy fix so I glad. Not sure I have the valves laying around.
