Chemical injection problem

My injection stops working about 10 min in to a job. re prime starts working again. I replaced the rubber and and put slots on the backside of the teflon Puck. Checked both vales. same thing.

I only use it on nasty restaurants and pool halls and last night sucked not having it

It's a prochem with a brand new 5CP pump

You are sucking air some where in the systum, check your feed lines.

Prochems are a PITA to work on. You have to check it while it's running of course. We had a leak once and it was a hairline crack in the wall of the brass elbow. Took a while to trace it, but now it works fine.

Hook up aircompressor to system and pressurize it. You will find out where its leaking.

All of the hoses are cooked. I'm going to replace all of the hoses in the morning.
