I'd look at an hourly target and divide by how many you can reasonably process in that hour.

I don't know your particulars of length, seat only or seat & back, but let's say your target is $120.00 for one technician and that tech can do 10 in an hour. $12.00 a cushion.

About $150 per hour.

Church pews are so easy compared to a couch. My price I suggested above is plenty of money per hour. And if you get two people doing both sides of the church…you’re gonna be making well over $300+ per hour.
