Cimex repair ???

I snapped of the plastic feed tube that the feed hose goes onto. So I took the white plastic cover of the bottom of the machine and took out the center bolt and removed the snap ring. I was told the bottom should pop of so I can get at that plastic feed tube to replace it. It does not budge. is their a trick to getting this bottom part that holds the belt off ??

no idea myself, i would call Excellent Supply and talk to Rod. he has helped me a time or 2.
