I am having trouble metering out the right amount of solution with the Cimex. I always have to go back and wipe down baseboards because it flings out excess solution. Is this normal? How do I clean out the solution lines from the 3 heads? I get much better results by spraying down the encap the scrubbing.

Also watch his video on cimexing. If you get better results by spraying something is going wrong.. what product are you using. If its a good encap shampoo, you should get great results from the gravity feed. If its a low foam encap product, then you would get better results spraying down.

The product should foam up quick enough to prevent a lot of fling around.

Might be flinging excess solution because the red plugs have worked loose from the blue wheel. Happened to me.

Bingo! That was the issue. I ordered 2 new sets of caps from ES for about $5.00. I wish all my repairs were that cheep and easy. I seems like everything is breaking down here latley.
